These Terms & Conditions apply to all Design with Rhonda digital products, services, and the DIY in Style membership community.

Digital Product Access All products sold on this website are digital downloads. Upon successful purchase, you will receive immediate access to the purchased files. Because access is delivered instantly, all sales are final.

No Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of our products and instant access to materials, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations. If you experience difficulty accessing your files or accidentally purchase the wrong plan, please email us within 24 hours of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Recurring Billing & Cancellation DIY in Style membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By joining, you authorize Design with Rhonda to charge your payment method each month until you cancel. Billing occurs on the same date each month based on your original purchase date. Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops all future billing. Cancellation does not issue a refund for the current billing period — access continues through the end of the paid month. To cancel, members may do so directly through the membership platform or by contacting [email protected].

Founding Member Pricing Members who join during the founding member enrollment period lock in their rate of $27/month for the life of their active membership. This rate is non-transferable. If a founding member cancels their membership for any reason, the founding member rate is permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated. Rejoining after cancellation will be at the then-current membership rate.

Personal Use Only All plans, blueprints, downloads, videos, and materials are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not: share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or transfer the files; upload them to file-sharing platforms; or use them in paid workshops or client work without written permission. All content remains the intellectual property of Design with Rhonda.

Community Standards & Membership Termination DIY in Style is a positive, supportive community. Members are expected to engage with respect toward Rhonda Michaels, guest contributors, and fellow members at all times. Design with Rhonda reserves the right to revoke membership access immediately and without refund in the event of rude, degrading, or demeaning comments directed at any community member or contributor, harassment, bullying, or intentionally disruptive behavior, or any conduct deemed harmful to the community environment at the sole discretion of Design with Rhonda. Upon termination for violation of community standards, no refund of current or prior membership fees will be issued and access will be removed immediately. Design with Rhonda's determination is final.

DIY & Construction Disclaimer The information provided in our plans and materials is for educational purposes only. By purchasing and using these materials, you acknowledge that: you are responsible for your own safety; you are responsible for verifying measurements and structural integrity; you assume all risk related to tools, materials, and installation; and you are responsible for complying with local building codes and regulations. Design with Rhonda is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of these materials.

Results Disclaimer We provide detailed guidance and instructions; however, results will vary depending on individual skill level, tools, materials, and execution. We do not guarantee specific results.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design with Rhonda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of income, property damage, personal injury, or installation or construction errors. Your use of the materials is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, plans, photos, designs, graphics, videos, and branding, is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.

Payment Processing All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your credit card information.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Governing Law These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States.
